  DO NOT USE! they came out to sort a wasp nest we have and was told that he could not see anything and cant do anything. Then asked for £48 call out charge which i was not told about when i booked the appointment and it does not say anything about this on there web sight! Was then told if they were called out again for the same issue there would be a £60 call out fee! Really not happy would advise anyone to use someone else if i could give them no stars i would but it wont let me.
