  Terrible customer service and shoddy products.
  
  Despite being a verifiable purchaser from the unique code that comes with their products, they were no help whatsoever when the expensive atomiser I bought- that broke almost straight away.
  
  Avoid this dodgy company.

  What can I say? Had an IStick 50w and after about a week it had a fault, no longer charging. Customer Service staff have been excellent, had replies to my messages in less than 24 hours, they had the item returned to them and again within 24 hours the item was tested and a replacement was in the post.
  
  Amazing, many thanks guys. Oh and the IStick 50W is a brilliant battery.
